I love all my clients, but it’s not often that you meet your new best friend at a photoshoot. I have to say, though, that I think I found my new bestie during her milestone cake smash session! She gets all my jokes, she’s got cheeks for days, and she loves carbs. Could I ask for anything else from a new friend?! I don’t think so! 

This sweet girl showed up at the studio to celebrate her first birthday with a smash and splash session. Capturing these milestones is always such a good time. Kids grow so fast, especially in the first year, and I know that these pictures are going to be so special for her family to look back on as she grows. She was all giggles during her studio shoot, and we had such a good time! 

We used lots of pinks and greens for this little one, and I love the delicate floral touches. When you book a studio session with me, you get access to not only the studio space and props, but also to the outfits and accessories! All of the outfits she wore are included in our studio wardrobe. When I tell you we have thought of everything for your session, I mean it! You just need to show up with your little one and we will make sure they are looking their best for their big photo shoot. 

A cake smash is a must for one year milestone sessions. You can never be sure how babies will react to touching the cake, but this girl was all about her sweet treat! She dug right in, and we got some of the cutest shots of her trying her birthday cake. Then it was off to the tub for our final shots of the day. She was definitely a bigger fan of the cake, but who can blame her?
