Come with me to celebrate a very special little one with her one year milestone session. I photographed her for her newborn session, and I was so excited to see her back when she turned one! 

There is something truly magical about watching these little ones grow up right before my lens. From those tiny newborn snuggles to their first wobbly steps, it’s an honor to be a part of these precious moments with each family. 

This sweet family traveled all the way from Olympia to see me again. Let me tell you, that means the world to me! I will never take it lightly when people trust me to capture their special milestones enough to travel to see me. 

The star of the show was, of course, the birthday girl. From the moment she walked through the door, she was all smiles and giggles. I had such a great time documenting her sweet personality during the shoot. 

When it came to the cake, though, that was another story. I think it’s safe to say that she is not a fan of the cake smash. She is sweet enough as it is and didn’t need any of the extra sugar! Even though it wasn’t her favorite thing to do, we still got a few cute shots of her with her first birthday cake before the tears came. 

Despite the little hiccup with her cake, we had such a great time together making memories and celebrating this big one year milestone session. I am so grateful as a Seattle Tacoma photographer that I get to watch little ones like this grow and help their families to remember these little moments on their journey.
