As a seattle newborn photographer, I get to see a lot of babies reach very special milestones. This is by far my favorite part of my job. Being a newborn and milestone photographer in seattle lets me be apart of documenting a babies first days, sitting up, walking and climbing. It is so fun to see how they grow and such a blessing to be apart of their lives. 

I was lucky enough, I had photographed this little girl for her newborn session, as well as her six month milestone and was so excited I was able to document her one year milestone session. 

Our seattle studio is fully stocked with most lovely props for babies to children, as well as dresses for Mama…and even a few coordinating shirts for Dad :)  This lovely sage romper by the talented My Darling Emma . Her gorgeous outfits are perfect for my milestone sessions! My seattle portrait studio is stoked full of gorgeous coordinating wraps and props so all my parents have to do is show up!

This little sweet pea was accompanied by her older brother, who I had photographed his one year milestone session a few years back. It was so special getting to see him as a big brother. The two of them laughed and played…it was so heartwarming. 

Styling my sessions brings me so much joy, and being able to provide outfits for my clients make me so happy. It is so nice to see families come in, and just pick from a wardrobe than come in stressed out with trying to find “just the right outfits for their session” . 

While sister took a little break for a snack and outfit change, I couldn’t help but get some photos of just brother. 

We had so much fun, and how cute is he in his little suspenders?!!!! I just love suspenders and bare chest for boys, its so classic. 

When clients book me for a session, I love being able to discuss what colors and textures they use in their home. I like to get an idea for places they would enjoy seeing portraits hung and what colors those rooms look like. 

Grey and pink has been a very common theme on baby girl nursery colors, and I love being able to incorporate these colors in to the session and stylize with the end result of hanging portraits in a clients home.
